Jeremy Fugleberg is an investigative journalist with expertise in covering business, politics, history, culture, and the interplay between U.S. domestic politics and international relations.

Over his 20-year journalism career, Jeremy has worked as a reporter, editor, columnist, and correspondent for multiple news outlets across the United States, including Lee Enterprises, Gannett and Forum Communications. He has served as a writing member of three editorial boards — in Wyoming, Ohio and South Dakota — and among other political leaders and newsmakers, has interviewed former presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump. His professional background includes non-profit work in Yemen as a Liasion Officer for Media Women Forum, an organization training women journalists, and as a Contributing & Special Series Editor at Diplomatic Courier. He is a Salzburg Global Fellow.

Jeremy earned an M.A. from the University of Kentucky Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, with specializations in international trade and security, and dual B.S degrees from South Dakota State University in mass communications and political science. As a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholar, he studied Arabic, Egyptology, and political science at the American University in Cairo in Egypt. He currently makes his home in Minnesota, USA.
