Jeremy Fugleberg is an investigative journalist with broad expertise in covering business, politics and history, focusing on social cohesion, mis/disinformation and international security.

Over his 20-year journalism career, Jeremy has worked as a reporter, editor, columnist, and correspondent for multiple news publications across the United States, including with Gannett, Lee Enterprises and Forum Communications. He has served as a writing member of editorial boards of publications in three states, and among other political leaders and newsmakers, has interviewed Barack Obama and Donald Trump. His professional background includes non-profit work in Yemen as a Liaison Officer for Media Women Forum, a training organization for women journalists, and as a Contributing & Special Series Editor at Diplomatic Courier. He is a Salzburg Global Fellow and a member of the World in 2050 Brain Trust.

Jeremy earned an M.A. from the University of Kentucky Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, with specializations in international trade and security, and dual B.S degrees from South Dakota State University, in mass communications and political science. As a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholar, he studied Arabic, Egyptology, and political science at the American University in Cairo in Egypt. He currently makes his home in Minnesota, USA.
