Surya Kant, President, North America, UK & Europe at Tata Consultancy Services, sat for an interview with the Diplomatic Courier at "Talent Mobility & the Future of Jobs: The World in 2050".
[Diplomatic Courier:] In your view, what skill is highest in demand and lowest in supply in the global workforce?
[Surya Kant:] Very good program managers, systems integrators, architects, designers—these are skills which bring a lot of other skills together. And that’s what you see in every part of the world—in North America, in Europe, in Asia Pacific, in other parts—people who can bring together a lot of disciplines, and deliver something of scale and significance. I think it is very important.
