EW YORK CITY — March 9, 2026: As concern intensifies over shifts in protections and opportunities for women and girls worldwide, Diplomatic Courier and World in 2050 expert network are partnering with APCO to host the 2026 Global Women’s Forum in New York City.

This year’s Forum will be held March 10, alongside the 70th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70). The Forum will convene cross–sector leaders and partners committed to shaping a more just future and exploring pathways to advance gender equity and dignity globally.

Guided by the theme The Future Ahead for Women and Girls, participants will examine how leadership, capacity, and systems must evolve to meet the realities of the next decade.

Conversations will focus on translating signals across societies into collaborative action—from efforts to strengthen legal rights and economic participation to the potential and risks of AI and new technologies.

The Global Women’s Forum is an annual high-level convening that brings together top voices from government, business, civil society, and media to exchange ideas and elevate solutions that expand opportunity and leadership for women and girls worldwide.
