Stephenie Foster has worked for decades at the intersection of diplomacy, development and gender. Prior to founding Smash, she most recently served in the U.S. Department of State, as a Senior Advisor/Counselor in the Secretary's Office of Global Women's Issues, and at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
