Siddhi Pal is Lead, AI Workforce & Innovation at Interface, a European tech policy think tank, where she specializes in AI talent flows, workforce dynamics, and European competitiveness.
She holds a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. Previously, she served as a Policy Advisor at the UK Government's Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and led programs for the UN Foundation's Girl Up campaign across India. Siddhi Pal is a member of The Expert Network by Diplomatic Courier and serves as an advisory member of the Ingka (IKEA) Young Leaders Forum
