Noah Dowe is a junior at the College of William & Mary, where he is pursuing a degree in Government with a focus on international development. He is an editor for The Tribe Attaché, an international relations publication that is entirely student-run; additionally, he is the Poetry Editor of The Gallery, which is the college's largest literary arts journal. Noah sees journalism as an essential tool for bringing attention to the plight of marginalized communities across the globe.
