Fred Musisi is a senior lecturer at Muteesa I Royal University and a policy researcher in the Department of Education, Kingdom of Buganda, Uganda. He is a teacher trainer who is immensely interested in early childhood development programs, especially in exploring the best pedagogical styles that facilities learning within pre-schools.
