Euan Wilmshurst is a senior adviser, trustee, and board member with over 30 years of global leadership experience in communications, advocacy, and social impact. His work sits at the intersection of education, early childhood development, and philanthropy, with a focus on how evidence, partnerships, and narratives shape decision-making and outcomes for children and young people.
He has held senior roles at IBM, CIFF, Pearson, WPP, and The Coca-Cola Company, and most recently led advocacy, partner engagement, and external communications at the LEGO Foundation.
Euan is the founder of KW Strategy, where he works with senior leaders and organisations across the early years, education, philanthropy, and social impact.
He serves as Vice Chair of Play England and is a board member of STiR Education, Home-Start UK, and Svitlo Education. He previously served twice on the Board of the Global Partnership for Education, including on its Executive Committee.
