Elizabeth Dial Pinkerton is a Principal with Rosslyn Partners. She served in two presidential administrations; most recently, as Director of the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships. Earlier, she served as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush for Intergovernmental Affairs, and also as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
