Dr. Carol O’Donnell is Executive Director of the Smithsonian Science Education Center, dedicated to transforming K-12 Education through Science in collaboration with communities across the globe. Carol holds an Ed.D. from George Washington University and has 40 years of experience leading STEM education nationally and globally, including at the U.S. Department of Education. She serves on the InterAcademy Partnership Global Council on Science Education and other multilateral committees.
